apkzup Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to apkzup. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and apkzup ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the apkzup platform — including the website at apkzup.net and the apkzup mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use apkzup. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser, the apkzup app, or any other method.

apkzup reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of apkzup after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To open and use an apkzup account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. apkzup does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing apkzup from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of apkzup, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from apkzup or any affiliated platform.

apkzup may request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, apkzup reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one apkzup account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, update them in your account settings or contact apkzup support promptly.

• One account per player, per household, per device.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• Account details must be kept current at all times.
• Sharing your account with another person is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or gifting your apkzup account to another person is not permitted.

apkzup may carry out identity verification checks at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until the process is completed.

All financial transactions on apkzup are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). apkzup supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently accepted. apkzup does not accept cash, bank transfers, or international payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your apkzup account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though apkzup may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status or responsible gaming considerations.

Withdrawals are processed by apkzup within minutes of the request being submitted, subject to standard security checks. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the most recent deposit. apkzup charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: ৳50. No maximum deposit limit for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals processed to the same payment method used for deposit.
• Zero transaction fees on all deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.
• Funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned and the deposit rejected.

apkzup offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on apkzup bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance, not your main cash balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless stated.
• apkzup reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

apkzup monitors bonus usage patterns. Players who consistently withdraw immediately after meeting wagering requirements, or who use bonus funds in a way that suggests exploitation rather than genuine play, may have their bonus eligibility restricted.

All games available on apkzup use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by apkzup, the player, or any third party.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, apkzup will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the error. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. apkzup's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

• All game results are determined by certified RNG software.
• Published RTP (return to player) percentages are accurate and independently verified.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be voided and stakes returned.
• apkzup's decision on all disputed game outcomes is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apkzup. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use apkzup for any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing apkzup staff or other players.

apkzup uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is conducted. apkzup cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your apkzup account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.

apkzup will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from apkzup and asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your apkzup account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account.
• Log out of apkzup when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including apkzup staff.

apkzup is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact apkzup support immediately to have your account locked.

apkzup collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on apkzup, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

apkzup uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with marketing companies without your explicit consent.

apkzup is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

apkzup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited.

apkzup provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. apkzup is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

apkzup's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. apkzup is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

apkzup may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of apkzup after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using apkzup and close your account.
